Who you buy from

The Assessment

The BUSINESS PROOF Assessment costs £99 as one payment. It includes the physical workbook, THE BUSINESS IDEA TEST, supporting instructional/video content, access to the BUSINESS PROOF Engine, and an evidence-based GO | PIVOT | STOP result with an explanation and next actions. Product reference: BP-ASSESSMENT-001.

The Assessment is not a subscription. There is no recurring Assessment fee, and purchasing additional support is not required to receive and use your Assessment result.

Price, payment and your order

The £99 Assessment price includes standard UK delivery. For V1, delivery is within the United Kingdom only. There is no separate standard-delivery charge. See Delivery.

For cancellation and refund transparency, the £99 price is allocated as follows: £29 for the physical workbook, packaging and standard UK delivery; £20 for videos and instructional digital content; and £50 for 12 months of BUSINESS PROOF Engine access. This allocation does not limit your statutory rights.

You must be able to review the product, total payable, delivery and access arrangements and correct errors before paying. The payment action must make your obligation to pay clear.

A contract is formed when we accept your order. Your contract confirmation must record what has been agreed, including the price and supply arrangements, in a form you can keep. Payment methods and the steps for placing an order are shown in the purchase process. Checkout is not open on this website.

Workbook and digital access

The Assessment combines a physical workbook with paid instructional videos/content and BUSINESS PROOF Engine access. When your workbook arrives, activate your paid digital access through MY BUSINESS PROOF. A MY BUSINESS PROOF customer account is required for activation and Engine access. Placing an order, creating an account or logging in does not itself unlock paid videos or Engine functionality.

Paid instructional videos/content and the Engine become available on successful activation and share the same 12-month access period from that activation. First video watch or first Engine use does not start a separate access period. There is no automatic renewal, subscription or recurring payment. The printed workbook remains yours after digital access expires.

Activate your digital access within 12 months of workbook delivery. We do not automatically activate it at the end of that window. If you need help with activation, contact support@getbusinessproof.com.

Checkout and customer sign-in remain closed on this website.

Online content and the Engine require internet access and a compatible device and browser. Relevant technical requirements and any usage limits must be explained before you order.

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate contact and delivery information. When completing the Assessment, use evidence you are entitled to provide and avoid unnecessary personal information about other people.

Reasonable maintenance may temporarily interrupt online availability. This does not remove your rights if the product or service fails to meet the contract. Contact support if you cannot access something included in your purchase.

Delivery, cancellation and problems

Read our delivery information and cancellation, returns and refunds information. These explain the workbook return process, the separate considerations for digital content and your rights if something is faulty or not as described.

Logging in does not automatically remove your cancellation rights for the whole Assessment. Any digital supply starting during an applicable cancellation period must meet the relevant consent, information and confirmation requirements at activation. Your rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods, digital content and services remain protected.

Using the material

You may use the workbook, guidance and Engine for your own Assessment of your business idea. The underlying BUSINESS PROOF material, branding and methodology remain protected by intellectual property law. Do not resell, publish or distribute the protected material, share account access or attempt to interfere with the service. This does not restrict uses permitted by law or your use of your own original evidence.

What the result means

BUSINESS PROOF provides an evidence-led framework for assessing a business idea. Results reflect the evidence entered and the methodology used. A GO, PIVOT or STOP result is not a guarantee or prediction of future business performance.

The Assessment does not guarantee business success, profitability, investment returns, funding, sales, a GO result or any particular commercial outcome. It does not replace regulated legal, financial, tax or investment advice where that advice is needed.

Your rights and our responsibility

Your statutory consumer rights apply alongside these terms. Goods and digital content must meet the standards required by law; services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The outcome explanation above does not remove responsibility for supplying the Assessment as described or for meeting our legal obligations.

Complaints and the law

Contact support@getbusinessproof.com with your complaint. If we cannot resolve a complaint, we will give you any alternative dispute resolution information required by law. This does not prevent you from seeking independent advice or using the courts.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving a UK consumer of mandatory protections that apply where they live. UK consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where they live.

Website information

You may read, save and print this information for your records. Changes to this website do not retrospectively remove rights agreed in an existing contract. Our Privacy notice explains personal information and our Cookie information explains website technologies.
