UK delivery

For V1, we deliver within the United Kingdom only. Standard UK delivery is included in the £99 BUSINESS PROOF Assessment price, with no separate standard-delivery charge.

Delivery timing and delays

We aim to dispatch your workbook within 2 working days. Please allow 3–5 working days for standard delivery. These are expected timings, not guaranteed arrival dates; circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect delivery. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.

The agreed delivery arrangements form part of your order. Where no different time has been agreed, the law requires delivery without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract.

If delivery is late, contact us. You can normally set a further reasonable delivery deadline and cancel for a refund if that deadline is missed. You may be entitled to cancel immediately if we refuse to deliver or an agreed essential delivery deadline is missed.

Your address and your parcel

Please check your address before ordering and tell us promptly if it is incorrect. We will discuss what can be done; a change may not be possible once a parcel has been dispatched.

If your order is materially delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect, email support@getbusinessproof.com with your order details. We remain responsible for the goods until they reach you or a person you nominate, unless you independently arrange a carrier we did not offer.
